Return & Exchange Policy
At Midah, every piece is made with care, and we want you to love what you receive. Since our garments are created in limited quantities and often customised, we have a strict but fair policy for cancellations, exchanges, and returns.
Order Confirmation

All orders placed on the website are considered final.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Exchanges

We offer size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions.
Eligibility

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges are applicable only for the same product in a different size.

Exchanges for different styles, designs, or products are not permitted.

Request Timeline

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Once the exchange is approved, the product must be shipped back within 5 days.
Exchange Process

Please include:

Reason for exchange

Clear images of the product if requested

Please do not ship the product without prior approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Shipping

All shipping costs for exchange requests must be borne by the customer, including return shipping.

The re-delivery of the exchanged product will be arranged at a charge of ₹200, payable before dispatch.

We recommend using a reliable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during transit.
Turnaround Time

Once the returned item is received and passes the quality inspection, the replacement will be dispatched within 7–14 business days.
Unavailable Size
If the requested size is unavailable:

A store credit equal to the product value will be issued.

Store credit will be valid for 3 months.
-
The credit will be shared via email as a coupon code.
-
Store credit cannot be transferred, extended, or redeemed for cash.

No refunds/ No exchanges
-
We do not offer returns or refunds on products once sold.

Exchanges are the only resolution for eligible cases.
Custom & Discounted Orders

Customised, made-to-order, or discounted items are final sale.

These items are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email support@shopmidah.in with clear images of the product and packaging.
If approved:

A replacement or store credit will be issued.

The product must be returned unused with original tags and packaging.
Important Notes

Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions may be declined.
-
In rare cases where a refund is approved, it may take 7–10 business days to process, depending on the payment provider.
